After spending all morning searching online info about buying a narrowboat, I am more determined than ever that it IS going to happen. I know the type of layout I want, A rear bedroom with full size bed is a must and plenty of windows that open preferred. I also dont want a long Banquet seating area, Individual chairs and plenty of storage space. I also require a Duel Fuel stove, so I can use either Coal or Wood,

I have decided.

It has always been a dream of mine to live aboard a boat of one sort or another. After a year of walking along the Leeds/Liverpool Canal every week I have made the decision that it will be a Narrowboat on a canal, somewhere. I am in the process of finding out all I can about life aboard, I will have to wait until my Husband passes away sadly, as I need to see our bungalow to fund my new life. Until that day, I can dream about my new boat and plan all I need to do, so that I am prepared when the time comes.
